REVOLT IN PERSIA
MUTINOUS TROOPS ON THE MARCH (Rec. July 12, 10.35 p.m.) Teheran, July 1.1. T'me .news regarding the revolt at Azerbaijan and Khorassan is vague. Apparently the former is now quiet. Two regiments of infantry have been dispatched from Teheran to Meshed. It is reported that there has been a mutiny of troops at Bujnurd, and these, joined by some disaffected Turkomans, are marching on Kuchan. No danger is apprehended.—Reuter.
