MacPherson as second officer of the Maunganui, and Mr. L. A. English is now fourth officer of the same vessel, having succeeded Mr. A. J. Matheson. Messrs. P. A. Chappell and G. Dickson have joined the Maunganui as purser and assistant IHirser respectively in succession to Messrs. O. S. Gilion and F. G. Bagley. Mr. A. H. Fisk is now second mate ot the Ngaio, vice Mr. W. The vessel will berth at Miramar this morning to discharge. THE DEVON. The Federal Co. advise that, (be Devon is to leave Waikokopu to-night, for Gisborne and Auckland to nil up. The vessel will sail finally from Auckland on July 17 for London, Antwerp. Avonmontli, Liverpoo, Manchester, and Glasgow. THE PORT PIRIE. The C. and D. Line advise that the Port Pirie arrived at Opua nt 7.30 a.in. yesterday from Auckland to continue loading. The vessel will leave Opua at daybreak to-day for New Plymouth HURUNUI AT GLASGOW. Cable news lias been received by the Federal Co. that the Hurunui arrived at Glasgow on July 7 from Wellington, via Montevideo and Las Palmas. The vessel left Wellington on May 26. THE CANADIAN CONQUEROR. The Canadian Conqueror arrived at Auckland at 4 a.m. yesterday from Gisborne to complete loading, and berthed at. 8 a.m. The vessel was expected to leave Auckland last night for New York, Boston, and Montreal. LEPANTO IN PORT. The A. and A. Line chartered steamer Lepanto arrived in the stream at Wellington last evening from New York, via Auckland The vessel will berth this morning nt. the Pipitea Wharf to nut out her Wellington cargo. The Ngakuta will load at Atiu to-day, at Aitutaki to-morrow, and at Rarotonga on Monday for Auckland and Wellington. TRANS-PACIFIC cargo services. Tho Enton, from San Francisco, arrived at Napier at 7.30 p.m. on Wednesday, and is to leave on Monday for Wellington. Lvttelton, Dunedin, and Sydney.
