ARBITRATION COURT

FIXTURES ARRANGED. The Arbitration Court sat in Wellington yesterday. Mr. Justice Frazer Dresided, with him being Messrs. W. Scott (employers’- assessor), and J. H. Monteith ■ (workers' assessor). The following fixtures were arranged:— Compensation cases: N. R. M. Tier v. 0. and D. Line, June 11; Wm Tressider v. Wellington Harbour Board, June 11. 10 alm.; It. G. Commish v. Union Steam Ship Co,, June 11. 2.15 p.m.; F. Shaw v. Hatrick and Co., June 11. 2.15 p.m. Disputes: Wellington City Council driyeis, June 9. 2.15 p.m.: New Zealand Federated Storemen and Packers, June 15. EXEMPTION FROM AWARD. Rose Townsend was granted exemption in regard to closing hours in the Wellington grocers’ award, similar to that granted to other Muritai shops.
