PEACE NEGOTIATIONS
TO BE OPENED IN MOROCCO FRENCH DELEGATION APPOINTED Paris, April 9. Following Abd-el-Krim’s dispatch of an emissary to the French authorities in Morocco negotiations will open immediately at Ujda, Morocco, between representatives of the recalcitrant Riff tribes and the Franco-Spanish authorities. The French delegation has been appointed.—Reuter.
