The sets in Arawa “A” and Wanganui “B” match were even, z Arawa "A” won 88 games to 78. I ' Men’s championship, singles.—F. IT. Jones (Wanganui), beat Tukcre (Wanganui), 6—3, 6—5, 6—l. The winner is probably years younger than hisopponent. He won with his greater pace. The placing of both competitors was good. The winner takes the Arawa trophy besides others. Men’s handicap, doubles.—Sydney and Turcia “B” beat Royal and tliwa, 60—57.
