KEEN COMPETITION FOR BEST SORTS. (Rec. February 10, 11.40 p.m.) ~ Sydney, February 10. At the wool sales competition was keen for best sorts, at late rates; faulty sorts continued irregular, and fine crossbreds were unchanged. Greasy merino sold to 39d. per lb., equalling the record price of the season in Sydney.—Press Assn.
