CHARGES AGAINST A LABOURER.

Br Telegraph.—Press Association Ohakune, January 21. Charles Smith, labourer, of Raetihi, was charged in the Magistrate’s Court with keeping liquor for sale in a Native proscribed area. The information was dismissed on a technical point of procedure. Accused was immediately arrested on the same charge, which is to be heard at the next sitting of the Court. Two other charges of a similar paturc are pending against Smith.
