FASCIST LEADER ARRESTED Budapest, January 17. The Rumanian Fascist leader Cuza has been arrested following the discovery of a plot to establish a monarch v in Transylvania with Prince Charles as the first King.—Sydney “Sun” Cable. [Transylvania was part of Hungary before the war, but was awarded to Rumania afterwards. It contains a large proportion of Rumanian inhabitants. Prince Charles is the Crown Prince of Rumania, who is said to have abdicated the throne of Rumania.]
