Dr. Luther has not succeeded in forming a Coalition Government on the lines aimed at but he lias completed the personnel of his Cabinet which, forecasts agree, will include: Dr. Luthcr ? Chancellor; Dr. Stresemann, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Herr Gessler, Minister of Defence; Herr Brauns, Minister of Labour; and two other members of the present Cabinet; also the ex-Chan-cellor, Dr. Marx, as Minister of Justice and Occupied Territories; M. Reiniliold, Minister of Finance. The parties represented in the Cabinet include the Democrats, Centre Partv, the German People’s Party, and ’ the Bavarian People’s Party.
