KARORI CLUB
At Trenthani on Saturday last the Karori Defence Rifle Club fired the second and final round of the Willoughby Cup under musketry conditions. The v.'inucr of the cup is Rllmn. E. W. Jepson with a total score of 19G, and Rllmn. F. Ching secured the position of runnerup with a total score of 193. The third best score in this competition—l77—was put up bv Deputy-President 11. T. The. Petone Rifle Club fired lhe first service competition at Treutham on Saturday. The conditions were good and some fine individual shoots were made. In the rapid, T. Warburton made top with 36, and in shooting down four plates also led in this practice. At tho snap practice. J. Seott headed the score with 24 points, and the limning man saw W. Jackson make a good 26. T. AVarbufton wins the A spoon and H. Rulo the B spoon. The scores were :—
