Mr. and Mrs. H. Dore, of Wellington, passed through Palmerston North yesterdav afternoon on their return to the capital, after a motoring tour around Rotorua and Wairakei. Throughout their three weeks’ tour they experienced beautiful weather from a holiday point of view, yesterday being the only wet day.

Mr. J. I. King, of Wellington, arrived in Palmerston North yesterday morning from Rotorua, where he has been on a holiday visit, and continued his return journey to Wellington in the afternoon.
