THOMPSON BROS.’ STOCK TO BE SOLD AT AUCTION.

Messrs. Thompson Bros., general merchants, whose stock suffered by water in the fire in their warehouse on Wednesday evening, will hold a big safe by auction of merchandise, general grocery, and confectionery lines, much ol which was only slightly damaged by the water from the fire (which was confined to a crockery firm’s premises on the top floor). Buyers should note that the merchandise and grocery lines will be sold at 11 a.m., and the confectionery at 1 p.m. to-morrow.
