new secretary of ASSOCIATION

The vacancy created bv the resignation of Mr. H. E. Combs, secretary of the Post and Telegraph Officers’ Association, has been filled bv Mr. J. 11. McKenzie, an officer in the General Division of the Department, and a former president of the association. The official organ of the association, “The Katipo,” pays a high tribute to the popularity and ability of the new secretary, and also records its appreciation of excellent services rendered by Mr. Combs. Mr. H. H. Brown, assistant secretary of the association, has been appointed organiser.
