ADMISSION TO BE SOUGHT UNCONDITIONALLY (Rec. March 23, 0..40 a.m.) Paris, March 22. According to trustworthy information from Berlin, it is learned that Germany is prepared to seek admission to the League of Nations without conditions or reservations.—Reuter.
SPECIAL INVESTIGATION ADVOCATED (Rcc. March 22, 5.5 p.m.) London, March 21. The League of Nations Union passed a resolution urging the Government to summon forthwith a special committee representing all sound opinion in Britain and the Dominions to examine the Protocol and any other proposals aiming at arbitration, security and dis-armament.-—Aus.-N.Z. PEACE CONFERENCE TO BE HELD
(Rec. March 22, 5.5 p.m) San Francisco, March 21. An International Conference for the promotion of world peace will open here on November 11, 1926. It was announced to-day that invitations had been extended to all nations, as well as heads of religious, educational, and peace organisations.—Reuter.
