YEAR’S REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE. Berlin, November 27. The Budget for 192-5, submitted in the Reichstag, shows a surplus of about 2500 million gold marks. _ The revenue in the ordinary Budget is estimated at about 5400 million gold marks, and the expenditure at 2600 millions.—Reuter. It is officially explained that the Budget figures cabled earlier relate only to the revenue and expenditure of the Ministry of Finance, and do not include other Departments. The complete figures are not available, but ndded to the ordinary Budget balances the extraordinary Budget shows a deficit, —Reuter.
