'Mie “Daily Telegraph’s” diplomatic correspondent alludes to a movement among business men in favour of stricter regulations covering foreign loans raised in the London market, also closer co-operation between British industries, banks, and issuing houses in order that loans and trade credits may be conditional on tho borrowers granting fair conditions to our export trade.
