THE NEW PARISIAN RED “LIGHT SIX” STUDEBAKER. There are five thousand satisfied owners of Studebaker cars,in this country, and over 750.000 in the rest of the world, so that “Studebaker” is a name pretty well known in motoring circles, and tho arrival of a new Studebaker model is regarded as quite an event. So far as Wellington is concerned, the latest model to hand is the beautiful new Parisian Red “Light Six.” the smallest of the Studebaker line, selling in New. Zealand at the remarkably low price of £420. A reporter who was shown the new model bv Mr. D. H. Edgar, was impressed with the attractiveness of the new finish—the rich carmine enamel. the plated radiator, and other fittings. The new model also has extra, wide fenders and running boards, making the car very c’eanly in wet weather. The upholstery is of real leather, the cushions being deeper than ever, and the new instrument board is exceptionally handsome and well-equipped. The new one-man hood is of double texture rubberised material, leather finished, and lined in grey, and the curtains are beautifully snug fitting, opening with the doors and giving tho comfort of an enclosed car at touring oar price. All Studebakers, whether Big Six Sedan or Light Six Touring Car, arc one quality —tho best possible—with the finest possible equipment, cord tyres, etc., and such mechanical refinements as machined-all-over crank shafts. ensuring perfectly smooth and ouick-running.
