Excessive speeding—Joseph Douglas Birrell, George Fowles, and Charles Peterson, fined £3 and costs.
For negligent driving, Eric Johnson and Frederick Thomas AVilliams were fined £2 10s. and costs.
Charles John Norwood was fined 10s. and costs for parking a motor-car in front of a building entrance.
Arthur Frank. Toswill for cutting a corner and driving on the wrong side of tho road was fined 30s. and costs. Daniel Moar was fined 20s. and costs for passing a stationary tramcar at the Aro Street junction. For riding n bicycle without lights. Lawrence Bowker was fined 15s. and costs.
AVandering stock —Patrick Cavanagh, fined 10s. and costs: Septimus Knight. Charles McArthur, B. Della Barca, and B. Tesoriqro. fined 15s. and costs; Septimus Knight, 20s. and costs. Norman Olsen was fined 10s. and costs for tethering a horso in a street.
For failing to pay his tramfare on demand W. Clapham was fined 20s. and costs.
