NGAHERE’S HOPELESS POSITION
PROSPECT OF SALVAGE SMALL Creymouth, May 13. The Ngahere is in a hopeless position on the north tip-head. She has a slight list to port. There is very small prospect of any salvage. Attempts will be made to salvage mail matter and the crews’ effects when the sea moderates.
