Amos, at last evening’s meeting of the N.Z.A.A.A. “There is no doubt that a sprint race results in too much wear and tear on a girl.” “I think that the principle of girls travelling about tho country to athletic meetings is all wrong,” said Mr. Davies. “It is a bad thing, especially when they are in company with men competitors.” It was decided to refer the matter to the annual general meeting of . the N.Z.A.A.A.
