MISHAP AT SHOOTING GALLERY
MAN SHOT IN CHEST By Telegraph. — Urmas As:'' , ctat’ow Auckland, /May 12. William Lydiard (43 years of age) was shot in the chest at Hazard’s shooting gallery on Saturday night. Another man, after firing several shots, was handing the rifle back to Lydiard, who is an attendant at the range, when one bullet remaining in the magazine was accidentally fired and entered the right side of the chest. The wound is not serious. Lydiard is making good progress in tho hospital.
