HELP OF BRITAIN AND NEW ZEALAND. London, April 29. Sir James Allen states that he is still negotiating with _M. Spahlinger, and is hopeful of realising an arrangement bv which Britain and New Zealand will combine to help him to continue his research as well as to produce vaccine and serum. Dr. Blackmore. of the Cashmere Sanatorium, Christchurch, will accompany Sir James Allen to Geneva in Julv to test the accuracy of M. Spahlin ger’s claims.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
