The final advertisement’ for the Navy League ball on Monday next to welcome Vict-Admiral Sir Frederick L. Field, K.C.8., C.M.G., and the officers and midshipment of the special service squadron appears in to-day’s issue, wherein members of the league and their friends are requested to lose no time in obtaining their tickets at the Navy League Office in Woodward Street. The tickets are stated to be selling very freely, and a very large gathering of naval and military officers is anticipated. No detail in connection with the arrangements for tho ball has been omitted.
