The second London Gazette am pounces that a receiving order has been issued against Lord Loughborough, son of tho Earl of Itosslyn. Lord Loughborough, then 22 years of age, married in 1916 Miss Sheiti Chisholm, daughter of a well-known New South Wales pastoralist.
