“JIGGERS” COLLIDE
RAILWAY CADET INJURED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Taumarunui, February 4. A head-on collision occurred between two railway “jiggers” on a railway bridge half a mile north of Taumarunui at 10.30 p.m. on Saturday. As the result, a cadet named F. J. Gardiner was thrown over the side of the bridge. He is now in tho hospital, unconscious.
