DARING ROBBERY
IN PARIS JEWELLERY SHOP. Paris, January 27. Armed bandits carried out a daring daylight robbery at Osteidag’s famous jeweller’s shop in the heart of tho fashionable shopping quarter. Three well-dressed mon. entered and felled the doorkeeper with blows from an iron bar, then shot the manager in the abdomen and head, mortally wounding him. nicy decamped with valuable booty.—Sydney “Sun” Cable.
