MEXICAN REVOLT
DECISIVE BATTLE IMMINENT
TROOPS CONCENTRATING TO OPPOSE REBELS (Roe. December 14, 5.5 p.m.) Mexico City, December 13. It is believed! that a decisive battle between the rebels and President Obregon’s troops will bo fought on the Vera Cruz front. The Government is continuing to concentrate troops to oppose the rebel advance. President Obregon has refused an offer of mediation,- declaring that the question is a military one, not political, and that the rebel leaders are array men who failed in their duties. —Aus.-N.Z.
