The Secretary, General Post Office, has received advice that legal time in Uruguay has been modified as follows: —“From October 1 to March 31. legal time will be that of the mean time of Montevideo put forward 44 minutes and 61 seconds (corresponding to three hours behind Greenwich time) ; during the rest of the year the hour of mean time will be put forward only 14 minutes and 51 seconds (it will then be three hours and 30 minutes behind Green-.rich time).”
