In the Supreme Court this afternoon. Arthur Reginald Borland was sentenced to 18 months’ imprisonment. the term to be concurrent with a, sentence already being served, for false pretences and theft, Norman Claud Harris was fined £2O for making a false declaration under the Marriage Act. and was ordered io remain in custody until the fine was paid, the period not to exceed fourteen davs.
