THE SALVATION ARMY
Amongst the most interesting gatherings tnat takes place in connection with the Salvation Army’s effort is that of welcoming, from all parts of New Zealand, young men and women who devote themselves to the work of that organisation. The new training session is to open this week, and elsewhere an advertisement announces that Commissioner Hoggard will welcome to AVcllington forty young people who will participate. Brigadier Saunders, the newly appointed principal of the Training Garrison, has arrived from Melbourne and 'will be installed publicly at the Citadel this evening. The public are heartily invited.
