WINTRY WEATHER IN BRITAIN
TRAINS AND STEAMERS DELAYED. London, November 25. The greater part of England was hidden under fog during the weekend. Temperatures everywhere were below freezing point, and trains and channel steamers were delayed. ( The Aquitania. scheduled to leave Southampton early in the morning, is still in dock. Twentv-three degrees of frost was recorded in Glasgow, and _ skating and tobogganing arc proceeding in Scotland. the North of England, and the Midlands.
