SEXUAL DEGENERATES
STERILISATION PROPOSAL. BY TELEGEAPH.-PBESS ASSOCIATION. Dunedin, April 13. Tho North Canterbury Hospital Board’s proposals for the sterilisation of epileptics and sexual degenerates is the subiect of a report to the Otago Board by Dr. Falconer. Medical Superintendent, who expresses approval of the principle, but states that tho subject should bo carefully considered by the New Zealand Health Board before legislation is passed. He also recommends that tho Health Board should go into the question of treatment and accommodation of incipient mental cases raised by Patea.
