NAPIER CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS
BY TBLEGEAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION. Napier, April 4. The Napier Easter tennis tournament was concluded to-day. Tho championship finals resulted as follow: — Men’s Singles.—E. D. Andrews (Palmerston North) beat A. N. Campbell (Napier), 6—l, 6 —3. Men’s Doubles. —E. D. Andrews and J. Powdrell (Wanganui) beat K. J. Walker and M. Coupcr (Dannevirke) by default. Ladies’ Singles.—Miss Wellwood (Hastings) beat Miss Fenwick (Napier), 6 —o, 9 —7. Ladies’ Doubles. —Misses Fenwick and Howe (Wellington) beat Mrs. Hetley and Miss Snow Clark (Napier), 6 —3, 6 —3. Combined. —E. D. Andrews and Miss Fenwick beat M. Couper and Miss Howe, 6 —4, 4 —6, 6 —3.
