WINDER LIGHTING
RESTRICTIONS ADOPTED Bestrictions on winter lighting were adopted by the City Corporation last night, as follow:— Electric radiators and signs must not be used between 4 and 7 p.m. Electric irons must not bo used between 4 and 8 p.m. Electric motors must not be used between 4 and 10 p.m. without special consent.
