WELL-KNOWN HOTEL THIEF
PUNISHED AT CHRISTCHURCH
BY Telegraph.—Press association. Christchurch, March 2’7. Henry Lorraine Scott, was sentenced to three months' imprisonment for theft of binoculars and. camera, belonging to a tourist, from one of the city hotels. The police said that Scott was a well-known hotel thief. He travelled through Now Zealand. He had bden convicted four times for theft, and had had many chances. Last night he had booked at three city hotels.
