THE STUDEBAKER SPECIAL SIX “SPEEDSTER.” Adanis, Ltd., announce that they have now in their show rooms. Christchurch, ready for immediate delivery, a Studebaker “Special Six” car cf a typo not usually imported to this market. It is called the “Speedster Model.” It is all that the rame implies. While the body gives comfortable seating accommodation to four persons, it is lighter and smaller than the standard touring body, and has a stream-line back. There is a sixcylinder 50 h.p. engine under tie bonnet, and the car can do something better than a mile a minute on the road, and can climb most hills cn top gear. This car will appeal to men of a sporting turn of mind who are not afraid to drive a high-powered car with a capacity for very nigh speed. The equipment of this car is especially luxurious —finish, cream with gold lines, side wind-screens, parking lights, etc Tho price is very low, £585. A few month ago Special Six Studebakers. less luxuriously equipped, so’d at £775. We have only one “Speedster” in stock, a sample ear, and the opportunity of acquiring a Studebaker car of this type may not soon recur, as the American and Canadian demand is simply enormous.
