TRIUMVIRATE CARRYING ON. London, March 15. “The Times’s” Berlin correspondent says that the Soviet Enibas'sy confirms tile report that Lenin has boon seized with a second paralytic stroke. His condition is critical. A triumvirate, consisting of Kameneff, Rvkoff. and Krassin, is carrying on.—“ The Times.”
