The suggestion for the meeting of Allied experts. emanated from Britain and was promptly accepted by Franco and Italy. The experts are expected to meet next week anh define tho scope of the now Turkish proposals. Tho Allies are agreed that it is impossible to reopen tho whole question, and, when the conference is resumed, it will be confined exclusively to points unsettled at Lausanne. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
