At the inquest on the body of the Rev Frederick Warner, the Congregational minister found in the church basement, a report was made by the Dominion Analyst, who stated that the contents of the stomach included a considerable amount of both strychnine and aconite —more than sufficient to cause death. The Coroner said there was evidence that the deceased was worried in connection with a church matter. He found a verdict that deceased took poison while in a state of extreme depression. ’
