Crombie, a Temuka draper,’for failing to furnish returns of income for the three years, 1918-19-20 j misleading or attempting to mislead the Commissioner in relation to his income for 1920 and 1921. „ , Tho Alagistrato found defendant guilty on all the charges, and fined him £25 for the failure to make a return for 1920] £2 for his failure in 1918-19, and £lO for negligently misleading the Commissioner in respect to the return for 1920-21.
