TWO CIVIL SERVANTS Two more instances of defalcations have been discovered in the Public Service. In one case the man concerned made good his departure for Sydney, and his were only discovered bv his signature to a letter published by a Sydney paper about the Alaori football team,' and in the other case, the shortage of cash, which is several yedra old, was only ascertained in the course of an investigation of the first man’s defalcations. ’’
