TO BE PLAYED THIS SEASON ENGLISH RUGBY UNION’S LETTER The new rule, with regard to the fleiok into touch, will come into force to-day, the New Zealand Union having decided that it shall be applied by all Rugby Unions in the Dominion. In order that players, at this brief notice, may thoroughly understand the change, rule 12 and the amendment are given, below:-- .„ . . . Mr. S. S. Dean (Auckland) informed a Dominion reporter that the new rule would bo played in New South Wales this season.
