Dust-shooting revolvers are part of tlns equipment to be taken into the jungles of Brazil by scientists. The revolvers are to he used in bringing down high-flying insects that cannot he netted. The scientists are carrying 2000 grains of quinine, and they are planning t-o penetrate far beyond the River of Doubt in their search for hitherto uncaptured specimens for the zoological collections of colleges in the United States.
