THEFT OF LODGE FUNDS
A.0.0.F. SECRETARY FOUND GUILTY. BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION. Napier, March 1. James Redshaw, local secretary of the Anciemt Order of Foresters, was found guilty in the Supreme Court today of theft of sums totalling £144 11s. 9d. from the Lodge funds. He was remanded for sentence. Thomas Henry Redshaw, son of the above, was charged with similar thefts, but hearing was adjourned to permit of legal argument concerning a motion to quash thirteen of the fifteen charges.
