SHOPS’ HOURS BILL
BEING PREPARED IN NEW SOUTH WALES. Sydney, July 23. Mr. G. Cann, Minister of Labour and Industry, replying to a deputation of tobacconists, objecting to fruit and refreshment shops selling tobacco, said lie was preparing a Bill, with the object of closing all shops at 6 o'clock, aud on Saturdays at 1 o’clock—Press Assn.
