STAY OF PROCEEDINGS GRANTED. Sydney, July 14. The jury in tho case Bridget Mary Partridge v. Joseph M ilfred Dwyer answered the first two questions by a majority of 3 to 1, and the third question unanimously. Mr. Justice Ferguson granted an application by counsel for plaintiff for stay of proceedings. —Press Assn. (The questions put tol tho jury were. (1) Did tho defendant tako reasonable care to inform himself of the true facte of tho case? (2) Did he honestly believe tho case he laid before the Magistrate? (3) Was ho actuated by malice?
