NO RESTRICTION ON IMPORTS.

Official information is not available vet regarding ihe new contract. but the Acting-Minister of Indus tries and Commerce (the Hon. G. J. An. dcrsoii) gave a definite denial yesterday to the statement that a Wellington firm had been warned that it would, be refused permission to import Java.
