In tho. Supreme Court. Mr. Justine Herdman was engaged from 10 o’clock in the morning till after midnight hearing a claim for .£2550 by W. H. Robinson, timber agent, Christ church, against Rotart and Margaret T. Whilcy, sawmillers, Kokatahi, for alleged breach of agreement in connection with the sale of tho output oi defendant’s sawmill. After two hours’ retirement, the jury found for defendants on nil issues. Judgment was deferred to enable law points to bo argued. There was uo criminal business set down for hearing.
