The Sinn Feiners are systematically cutting telephone, telegraph, and railway signal wires around London ana Liverpool. Two hundred telegraph wires have been cut. Armed men in disguised, and unnumbered motor-cars carried out the outrages in London. Scotland Yar officers engaged in a thrilling pursuit in the small hours, but without result. Constable Mitchell, who was sentenced to death for robbing nnd killing Mr. Dixon, an Irish Justice of the Peace was executed in Dublin.
