MAN KILLED WHEN CAR CAPSIZES. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dannevirke, June 8. A fatal motor-car accident occurred near Tahoraito railway station lato yesterday afternoon. William Beatty, aged 40, and his bro-ther-in-law, Peter Hay, were returning to Te Rehunga from Dannevirke, whither they had be.en to get medicine for a sick child. The car capsized' over a. small bank, Beatty being killed outright. Ho was one of the original settlers of Te' Rehunga. He leaves a widow and a young child. Hay /Suffered a dislocated shoulder, abrasions on 'head and face, and is nowin hospital.

The cause of the accident is not known,
